Bold. Bright. Fun.  Jackie’s art and photography encompasses all of the above.  Raised on Eastern Long Island, she began her professional career in her early teens as an illustrator for New York’s Newsday newspaper. While obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University’s School of Art, Jackie concentrated in drawing and painting. During the last 25 years she has used her creativity as a portrait and commercial photographer, costume designer and a painter in both acrylics and watercolors.  Open to the challenge of all projects and mediums, her passion is in illustrative works for children. Clinton shares “I love inspiring young minds to think outside the box. When you surround kids with unexpected use of color and whimsical designs, their imaginations become limitless.”  After extensive travel living around the world with her husband, an Air Force pilot, and four children, the Clinton family is now happy to find their home in Southern IL.

I have been passionate about photography for as long as I can remember. For what once seemed like a fascinating hobby is turning into something so much more. I completed 5 years in college majoring in photography and love every facet, whether its a beautiful landscapes while traveling, detailed nature of this Earth, the emotions of your wedding day, or simply the personality of a graduate who is ready to take on the world. Life just happens and your pictures should reflect that raw emotion that life brings your way. These are all memories and deserve to be preserved for you to enjoy and look back on. I hope to continue blessing people with my work and look forward to the journey ahead that the good Lord has planned for me. God Bless!!

I am an artist, photographer, and full time firefighter for the city of Belleville, IL. I sell my services for photo shoots, commissioned drawings, art prints, and photographic prints. My ink drawings are on commission, but I have also completed a number of others that are for sale and can be seen hanging in Seven Restaurant and Lounge in Belleville, IL. I have myriad of styles of photography from portrait to URBEX that I have done on business and for fun. Currently, I specialize in still photography and automotive.

As my full time job is as a firefighter for the city of Belleville, I enjoy most doing firehouse photography, showing others what we do and why we love it.

Hello and thanks for stopping by! My name is Joshua Spengler, and I am a photographer from Highland, Illinois. I have been shooting for almost 9 years now.  I have won awards in juried shows both in Missouri and Illinois. You could say my work can be best described as Americana, and naturescapes. I love to photograph classic Americana scenes because I believe these places hold a special place in everyone’s heart.  These America scenes best describe a simpler time in history.  Nature is another passion of mine. Having the opportunities to photograph Mother Nature in all her beauty is a privilege that I am blessed to have. I personally believe that if my work  can reach out and touch someone just by a simple glance, then I know that I have truly  accomplished something! Remember all photographs have meaning(s) is just up to us to find them!

I have been taking pictures since high school with my Pentax 35mm camera and developing film and printing black and white images in my basement darkroom.  It wasn’t until I got my first digital camera that I wanted to step-up to the next level.  An artist friend of mine had seen some of my work and suggested that I enter an exhibit in ArtEast back in 2006.  Since then I have spent countless hours learning from other artist and Internet classes on the technical and artistic aspects of photography.  I never get tired of learning something new.

I am an artist working just outside of St. Louis. In 2009, I earned a bachelors degree in Art Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. After graduating, I worked briefly as an art instructor, and I am currently employed with a professional art handling company…..  Many of the ideas behind my work were conceived in the summer 2008 while studying photography abroad in Ireland. Throughout the trip, I began noticing things I would normally overlook. I found that life is more rewarding when we slow down, stop worrying about the next step, and experience that particular moment which will never again be obtainable. I realized beautiful things happen right before our eyes that we often never see.

"Mystery is at the heart of creativity. That, and surprise.“  Julia Cameron.  I love the process of painting. . .and I am constantly amazed when my paintings begin to take on a life of their own. I'm never quite sure what the end result will be. . .and of course, I'm not always pleased. But I do always enjoy the process.  Thank you for looking at my work. Each piece is an original and will come signed.
